Why Choose LandMark?
Once a customer submits a service request form, it creates a formal entry in our project system. Our production team will analyze their request to check for warranties that apply from LandMark and the manufacturer. Once our team sets up a plan of attack, they contact the client within 48 hours to configure service. LandMark will communicate with the manufacturer for product warranties on behalf of the client. Even if we can’t do it ourselves, we will make sure to direct you to the right place.
