What’s the difference between your labor warranty and the manufacturer’s warranty?
There are two types of protection for your new roof:
- Manufacturer’s Warranty – Covers defects in the roofing materials (like shingle failure).
- LandMark Exteriors Labor Warranty – Covers the quality of the installation.
If an issue arises due to installation (such as improper flashing or workmanship), we fix it at no cost to you. This ensures your investment is fully protected from both product and installation issues.
What should I do if I suspect hail or wind damage on my roof?
If you think your roof has storm damage, follow these steps:
- Stay safe – Do not climb on your roof
- Schedule a professional inspection
- Review findings and determine if damage exists
- Contact your insurance company if needed
We provide photos, documentation, and guidance throughout the process—but there’s no obligation to work with us after the inspection.
Are you licensed and insured in Lake and Cook counties?
Yes. LandMark Exteriors is fully licensed and insured to perform roofing and siding work in Illinois.
We also:

- Handle permits and compliance requirements

Should I replace all my windows at once or do them in phases?
You can absolutely do either.
Replacing windows in phases helps spread out the cost.
Replacing all at once offers key advantages:
